Fomu (#025) is a Water Temtem.
It evolves into Wiplump after 20 levels.

Description

Physical Appearance

Fomu is a small, round, quadruped Temtem. It's mainly light blue in color. It has a pair of eyes that are small, beady, and black in color. In between the eyes an orange horn is placed; three dark orange lines encircle the horn. A large, semicircle mouth is just below the horn; it's slightly wider than the horn. A plume of foam extends from high on the forehead. A dark blue, two bump pattern decorates each side of its lower body; two light blue dots sit inside each of the bumps. Two pairs of short, stubby legs extend from the body; the main color of them is dependent on where they are; the front legs are light blue and the back legs are dark blue. The bottom of each leg has a spot of navy blue with a small point on the inside and outside sides of the legs. Its belly is white with small sections of either light blue or dark blue cutting into it where the legs are; the white continues upwards to its rear. Its rear is covered in a thick layer of foam. A short tail protrudes out from the center of the cloud; the tip of the tail has a small cloud of foam. All the foam wobbles as Fomu moves.

Tempedia

These Temtem are known for their capacity to generate vapor, like charming little steam engines. Since that means losing a lot of moisture, this species prefers to remain in the water and use steam jets for propulsion rather than its short legs.

• Due to its first appearance as a cropped picture in the competitive set-up screen (top left, under the player avatar), users in the official Discord attempted to draw out the rest of the creature. Among the drawings, a bird with human-like legs became popular, and thus the name "Legbird" was coined.
